IF NOT FOR YOU LORD

I would not know that what You have waiting for me is greater then anything this world has to offer

If not for You Lord

I would not know that I can grow in patience

If not for You Lord

I would not know my rock and my fortress

If not for You Lord

I would not know that You open doors that no man can close

If not for You Lord

I would not know the law of sowing and reaping

If not for You Lord

I would not know that death and life are in the power of the tongue

If not for You Lord

I would not know that I need to live to the audience of One

If not for You Lord

I would not know that I should always pray and never lose hope

If not for You Lord

I would not know that it is better to take refuge in You, than to put confidence in man

If not for You Lord, If not for You Lord

THANK YOU LORD

that many are the plans in a person's heart, but it is the Lord's purpose that prevails

Thank You Lord

that You are the door: by You if any man enter in, he shall be saved

Thank You Lord

that I can be joyful in hope, patient in affliction and faithful in prayer

Thank You Lord

that You are a stronghold in the day of trouble and You know those who take refuge in You

Thank You Lord

that You stand at the door and if any man enter in, he shall be saved

Thank You Lord

that in due time we will reap if we do not grow weary

Thank You Lord

that those who guard their mouth protect their life

Thank You Lord

that everything I need to live this life is found in You
