I would not know that faithful is He that calls me, who also will do it

If not for You Lord

I would not know that You do not call the qualified but rather You qualify the called

If not for You Lord

I would not know that I am satisfied in You

If not for You Lord

I would not know that everyday is a new opportunity to change my life

If not for You Lord

I would not know that I do not have to worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about itself. Each day has enough trouble of it own

If not for You Lord

I would not know the beauty of staying focused on You

If not for You Lord

I would not know the value of a day

If not for You Lord

I would not know the One who promises calm in the storm, light in the darkness, healing for the broken and peace for the restless

THANK YOU LORD

that with the calling comes the enabling

Thank You Lord

for the power of choice

Thank You Lord

for the new command You gave to love one another

Thank You Lord

for Your Your thoughts towards me that are thoughts of peace and not evil, to give me a future and a hope

that I can be joyful in hope, patient in affliction and faithful in prayer

for Your steadfast love that never ceases

Thank You Lord

for Your mercies that never come to an end; they are new every morning

that great is Your faithfulness
